Competition Terms and Conditions: Win DoubleCool Doors for Your Store

 

1. Competition Overview

1.1. The ‘Win DC Doors for Your Store’ competition (The Competition) is run by DoubleCool UK (The Promoter).
1.2. By entering this Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Competition is open to businesses only. Individual consumer entries will not be accepted.
2.2. The entrant must be an authorised representative of a business operating within the UK only.
2.3. Only one entry per business is permitted. Multiple entries from the same business may be disqualified.
2.4. The business must have an operational store suitable for the installation of DoubleCool doors.

 

3. How to Enter

3.1. To enter, businesses must complete the online entry form and provide the required contact details with a valid email address.
3.2. Entries must be received before midnight on 31^st July 2025. Late entries will not be considered.

3.3. No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.

 

4. Prize Details

4.1. The prize consists of up to 16 DoubleCool doors, handles, hinges and profiles supplied free of charge.
4.2. The winner will be required to cover the cost of fitting the
doors. Installation will take place on a date agreed upon between the
winner and DoubleCool UK, subject to installation availability.

 

4.3. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available, except as outlined in Section 7.4.

 

5. Winner Selection & Notification

5.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
5.2. The draw will take place on 4 August 2025, and the winner will be notified by email or phone within 5 business days.
5.3. If the winner does not respond within 21 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

6. Data Collection & Marketing Communications

6.1. By entering the Competition, entrants consent to their business contact details being collected and added to the Promoter’s mailing list.
6.2. The data collected will be used exclusively by DoubleCool UK for marketing purposes, including promotional emails and updates.
6.3. Personal data will not be shared with third parties.
6.4. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions in emails or by contacting the Promoter directly.

6.5 By entering, the winner agrees that their business name,
store details, and participation in the Competition may be used in marketing
campaigns, including but not limited to social media promotions and relevant
industry publications.

 

 

7. General Conditions

7.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice.
7.2. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failures, lost entries, or incorrect contact details provided by entrants.
7.3. The Promoter’s decision on all matters related to the Competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.4. If the winner has purchased DoubleCool UK doors since entering the Competition, the cash equivalent of the prize will be credited to the winner. Other than this, there is no cash alternative available.
