The convenience sector is gearing up for another great exhibition at Birmingham this April 24th-26th, the National Convenience Show. The National Convenience Show (NCS) at the NEC, is the biggest event for the convenience-retailing sector, providing a single platform for the whole market to come together – suppliers, wholesalers and retailers.
That’s why it’s the perfect time and place for the ACS (Association of Convenience Stores) to hold their biggest ever annual event, Conference 23, taking place 25th April at the VOX in Birmingham. This year, the ACS conference themes are Recession Proofing and Future Proofing, which encompass the important issues of energy usage, cost saving and sustainability. That’s why DoubleCOOL UK will be sponsoring the conference, and will also be attending the exhibition.
This “must-attend” conference provides a platform for the convenience sector to meet, network, build valuable relationships and gain exclusive insights for the future. DoubleCOOL will be on hand at the event, with a showcase of real-life case studies which highlight the eye-opening money and energy savings achieved by installing DoubleCOOL fridge door solutions.
Pop by and say hello to Mike and Zoe, who will be armed with video footage, facts and statistics acquired directly from customers in the convenience sector. DoubleCOOL will be making even more convenience stores aware of their affordable, innovative retrofit fridge door solution, which is proven to save energy, reduce costs, increase shopper comfort and product freshness, when applied to open-fronted cabinets in convenience stores.
Newly appointed Sales and Accounts Manager, Zoe Colman told us, “It’s been a real eye opener for me to learn how much energy is wasted in convenience shops, running open refrigerator units. I’m on a mission to help convenience stores grow their profitability and reduce their energy usage. I can’t wait to help raise the profile about the DoubleCOOL solution at the ACS conference.”
